German Politician Stabbed 17 Times by Three Men?

A young German far left  politician reported that he was attacked by 3 right wing xenophobic men who stabbed him 17 times.  He was also insulted by name calling, "gay communist pig."

Julian Kinzel, member of the Schwerin board, did not go to the police station to make the report; he entered it via the internet.

The hospital which treated him did not make a criminal report.  He told the doctor "three perpetrators beat him down and stabbed him around 17 times with a knife."  He told the hospital that the three attackers wore clothing typical of "the far right scene."

The federal Left party even said the case was one of "attempted murder". "We are shocked," party explained on Wednesday on Twitter. Federal managing director Matthias Höhn:

"The current case proves in a tragic way once again how dangerous and inhuman right-wing extremism is."

Party leader Katja Kipping said: "The knife attack is horrific and also an attack on democracy".

An attack on democracy?

The problem?

Julian Kinzel inflicted the wounds himself.

He did not make a police report until the next day and then only via internet submission.  The hospital that treated him, contrary to law, did not file a police report either.  It is not known if Kinzel will face charges.

Now the police has arranged for the student to be subjected to forensic medical examination. The investigations up to now have come to the conclusion that Kinzel invented the attack. According to a statement from the Rostock police the "type of injuries do not correspond to the sequence of events that has been claimed in the attack." On the contrary, it is "sufficiently probable" that Kinzel inflicted the injuries himself.

There have been experiments by Psychologist known as the "Cocktail Effect" (some Psychologist use a different name)

Scenario:

You're at a party, be it a birthday, wedding, any gathering etc. The room is crowded, there is music playing and people talking. You, yourself, are engaged in conversation with numerous people. Then, across the room, you hear your name, above all the noise. The music hasn't stopped and people are still talking. This could be your christian name and or surname. They maybe talking about someother "John", however, (and it's happened to me, many times) you turn to see who it is that's said your name? "The Cocktail Effect"

My point. When i'm in similar surroundings (or a one to one conversation) and i hear the #"3" my SA head snaps to attention, like a "Meerkat" scanning for danger, Lol. Yes, "3" people can break into a house at "3" o'clock and steal "3" items, etc. The "Meerkat" in me, want's to know more :)

Known by me as, "The Meerkat effect"

I have the same reaction John, all my mental alarms go ding ding.

I love his description of the clothing worn.

He told the hospital that the three attackers wore clothing typical of "the far right scene."
Would that be a uniform, badges or with 'far right' written on it in a clearly visible manner such as t shirts?

When someone does not do the expected, there is a reason.

Peter circles pronouns in his head on the fly. I have a long way to go to get to his standard. I may need another life to begin to get to "that" level.

Distance noted, Lol :)

I deleted my comment and added "distance", when i read back what i'd written "that" Lol. It's true, we do think, speak and right in milliseconds. We give ourselves away.

Don't yeah love SA :)

I do as well.
it is like writing the sentence out and the expected pronoun which would normally be inserted isn't there and the ensuing gap causes a hiccup in the rhythmn of the sentence.

It may not always stand out clearly, the subconscious picks up and it and goes woah there a moment.

Practice makes perfect, it means listening, a lot of listening.
I find reading it out loud can sometimes help if something is off and i can't quite pin it down.

The wife of a Georgia man facing a murder charge for leaving their toddler in a hot car to die filed for divorce Wednesday, according to FOX5.

Justin Ross Harris, facing a malice murder charge for the June 2014 death of Cooper Harris, had been separated from Leanna Harris since the incident. The couple was married in May 2006.

The wife says their marriage is “irretrievably broken,” according to a court filing viewed by FOX5.

Harris’ trial is set to begin in April. He’s accused of leaving his 22-month-old son inside a locked SUV for almost seven hours.

Harris claims the death was an accident and that he forgot to drop Cooper off at day care. But authorities believe the death was intentional, and investigators said Harris exchanged lewd text messages with several women on the day his son died.

Investigators did not name Leanna Harris as a suspect, but said both she and her husband conducted research on deaths in hot cars.

The husband has been held without bond since the day his son died.

I wonder if she will be called to testify or if she faces possible charges and is now distancing herself from hubby.
It is reported she made incriminating comments as well as the online searches.

Lemme check.

Also this caught my attention.

A tormented father returned Wednesday to the charred ruins of his Georgia home where the night before his wife and two young daughters perished in a fire.

'My whole life is over,' Brent Patterson told reporters as he stood in front of the devastated house where balloons and flowers had been placed in a makeshift memorial.

Patterson told WSBTV how he and his wife Kathy were putting their two daughters aged nine and 12 to bed Tuesday night when he heard a popping sound coming from downstairs.

Realizing the house was on fire, he tried to return upstairs, but couldn't.

'I came downstairs, I opened the front door and it's like the place exploded. I tried to get back in. It was too hot,' Patterson told WSBTV.

'I couldn't get back in because the fire came around and it came up the stairway. I did everything I could.'

Patterson said he and a neighbor tried to get back into the house through a back door.

'Me and my neighbor, we got a shovel and we went and broke the back glass on the back door and the heat was just so much there was no way we could [get] back in,' Patterson said.

When Gwinnett County firefighters responded to the home on the 1000 block of Pointer Ridge in Tucker, a town outside of Atlanta, shortly after 10pm Tuesday, the two-story home was 'engulfed in flames,' officials said.

Because of the intensity of the fire, which was stoked by strong winds, firefighters had to battle the blaze from the outside.

When officials finally were able to enter the home, it took hours to find the bodies of all three victims.

Rescue teams had to prop up walls that posed a danger of collapsing before they were able to recover the body of the second daughter on Wednesday morning, fire officials told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The bodies were turned over to the local Medical Examiner.

The family's dog was also found dead and was buried in the backyard 'as a show of respect due to the overwhelming loss sustained by the family,' a Gwinnett County fire department spokesman told the Journal-Constitution.

A prayer vigil for the family was held Wednesday afternoon at the Tucker First United Methodist Church.

Family friends set up an online fundraiser for the Patterson family that had raised over $8,000 by Thursday morning.

Anyone else find this hinky?

he heard a popping sound coming from downstairs.

Realizing the house was on fire, he tried to return upstairs, but couldn't.

How did he realise the house was on fire?
He tried to return upstairs but he didn't tell us he went down stairs first.

'I came downstairs, I opened the front door and it's like the place exploded. I tried to get back in. It was too hot,' Patterson told WSBTV.
He now tells us he couldn't get back, it was too hot.

'I couldn't get back in because the fire came around and it came up the stairway. I did everything I could.'
Because is used to explain why something happened. He anticipates being asked why he couldn't get back in making it sensitive.

What is missing is any input from his wife and the children.
No mention is made of them screaming for help nor is any mention of the mom perhaps breaking windows and trying to get the children out through them, especially if the fire started downstairs.

Christians, women and gay men are among the groups of asylum seekers needing their own accommodation in Germany after facing attacks by fellow migrants.

In Stuttgart, 30 Christians have been moved into their own digs after frequent attacks by other migrant-seeking Muslim men.

Elsewhere gay men are being persecuted, and women, some who have been sexually abused by ISIS militants, have been moved to secret locations.

The group of Middle Eastern Christians in Stuttgart were moved into new homing after they had their bibles torn up and crucifixes smashed by fellow migrants.

The city council finally acted after a campaign group complained about the abuse and a petition signed by 17,000 people demanded they be better protected.

It said: 'We call on the city to make it possible for them to have a communal place for Christians and protect them from further threats and attacks which they are suffering in the central gathering place for asylum seekers.'

The move was a significant one because until now Germany had been trying not to separate refugees on ethnic or religious lines.

The local evangelical church spokesman Stefan Walter said: 'The Christian refugees come from lands where Christians are under threat.

'Putting them all together is to ignore the right they have to protection, and is an insult to the victims of Islamic oppression.'

However, the violence shows no sign of dying down any stage soon.

Martin Lessenthin, the CEO of the International Society for Human Rights, said he knew of many similar conflicts in accommodations in Barton Wurttemberg, but also in Berlin and Nuremberg.

He claimed the abuse was mostly directed at Yazidis and Christians, adding the answer was to make everybody accept German law.

'Ethnic or religious separation is not the answer, anyone who arrives here needs to follow German law in its entirety.'

The German government has also provided support accommodation at secret locations for female victims of ISIS.

Winfried Kretschmann, Baden Wurttemberg's Minister-President, has a special program to help a total of 1,100 female victims of ISIS.

Klaus-Peter Murawski, the program's co-ordinator, said the victims of sexual assault included one girl as young as eight.

The women, many of whom were Yazidis or Christians from northern Iraq and Syria, were sexually abused and beaten, and many of them were kept as slaves after being taken from their families.

In Lower Saxony, the region was the first to agree to take 70 women from a special allocation of refugees who cannot be placed in with other refugees.

And it also funded special psychological care and medical assistance for the women as a result of what they had experienced.

As well as non-Muslims and women, LGBT refugees are also now needing their own accommodation.

Jorg Steinert, managing director of the Lesbian and Gay Association in Berlin-Brandenburg, reported that since last year the number of attacks has skyrocketed.

He said: 'In particular, small, petite, feminine gay men are often beaten or sexually assaulted.'

He said that as a result in Berlin and Nuremberg there are already separate places where they could be accommodated being made available and the first residents would be able to move in shortly.

There are also growing numbers of reports citing violence between the mostly Muslim groups that remain, with frequent police callouts to tackle the violence.

Recent incidents this week have seen pitched battles involving nail-studded planks and knives being used.

I would like to know what was said to elicit this response. If, this is in the free editing stage, and he overs this statement, on his own, and not in conjunction within a conversation at the time, it is a red flag for me.

My reason being. He has just lost his wife and two young daughters in a fire, and all he thinks about is his "whole life is over"

IRONTON, Mo. (AP) — Authorities say a 3-year-old Missouri boy who was found dead hours after he was reported missing likely died of hypothermia.

The Iron County coroner's office told The (Park Hills) Daily Journal (http://bit.ly/1LjJroh ) that preliminary autopsy results show 3-year-old Titus Greyson Tackett died of hypothermia. The autopsy showed no signs of bruising or abuse.

The boy was reported missing Wednesday from his grandfather's house in Ironton, a rural community about 75 miles south of St. Louis. The child's mother and father said they saw him around midnight Tuesday before they went on an errand.

Iron County Sheriff Roger Medley says when they returned around 1:30 a.m., the door was open and the boy was missing.

His body was spotted later Wednesday in a neighbor's van wrapped in a blanket.

How did he get in the van?
How Was he wrapped in the blanket?
Did the blanket belong to the neighbor?
Was the blanket already in the van?
If the blanket didn't belong to the neighbor, did it belong to Titus' family?
If it belonged to his family, where did it come from?
Who was in the house when Titus allegedly vanished?
Where did the parents see him?
What errand did they need to go on at that time of night?
Was the door locked or unlocked when they left for the alleged errand?
If locked, how did he get the door open?
If unlocked, why did they leave it unlocked?
Who reported him missing?
Who searched for him?
Who spotted him in the van?
Any previous history with the CPS or LE?

It Blackburn case...

I could be mistaken but was this quote analyzed. Been so much but this one didn't sound familiar.

“I told Dad yesterday that I didn’t want to say anything, partially because I don’t know how well I can hold it together when I speak to people. Partially because I haven’t talked to my congregation yet or addressed them, but I suppose sometimes you have to talk to your parents before you can talk to your kids about what’s going on in your life,” he said.

“I want to share with you something the Lord spoke to my heart, just right there, and I feel like it would be disobedient not to share it,” he said, apologizing for his usual lack of eloquence.

He referenced Ezekiel 37, which talks about the prophet Ezekiel looking over an army of dry bones that came alive once again.

“The breath was breathed into the beings, and that breath is the breath of life, the holy spirit of God,” he told the congregation. “Last year, close to this time, I spoke a message here, and whether you get offended by this or not, I don’t know, it doesn’t bother me if you do, I looked across this congregation and I saw a valley of dry bones.”

He said he believed God was breathing life into the congregation through his wife.

“I believe that what God is doing now, God is now breathing life into this vast army. I believe that in some way, some shape, some form… God didn’t cause this to happen, but he allowed it to happen in such a way, he allowed the breath of Amanda to come out of her, so that the breath could be breathed into you and into me, so that we can advance the gospel.”

trustmeigetit said...

I'm sure as Amanda was being raped and beaten she hoped God was letting her die so the church could advance.

Oh how I hate this man!

Anyone recall the Irene Garza case?

Basically a priest was suspected of killing Irene but never charged. The church protected him and the prosecutor refused to charge him.

Well that prosecutor got voted out and he has been arrested!!!

He lives in my town and a reporter caught up with him a few years back and ask him if he killed her.

The response was alarming as he said something like "look at my life the last 42 years" and at that point, it had been 42 years since Irene was murdered.

HUGE statement of his guilt.

Total lack of a reliable denial.

Feit used a walker to steady himself as he approached the podium during his first court appearance Wednesday. He told the judge he was puzzled.

"This whole thing makes no sense to me, because the crime in question took place in 1960," he said.

Or,

The subject suffers the torments of guilt.
Always living day to day, fearing today is the day the knock comes at the door.
Their last thought at night is will tomorrow be the day they arrest me, the morning is will they arrest me at work, in public, in front of family or friends?

Always wondering if an accomplice or someone they confided in will crack and confess, or be tempted by immunity or reward.
Wondering if someone saw something.
Wondering if they left something incriminating behind, which, at the time could not be tested, whereas today it would be ample evidence to show guilt.

Wondering if they are being watched or bugged.
Wondering if they are being followed, if the stranger on the street/local business employees/new neighbor is watching and eavesdropping.
Wondering if a suspicious family member or friend is setting a trap with the aid of LE.
Wondering if their emails and computer and internet access is being traced.
A lifetime of paranoia.

No wonder so many speak of the instant relief they feel when they finally confess.

They may not be in a physical prison cell at that moment.
They are however in a prison cell of their own making in their head, which they can never escape from, be paroled from until the moment they confess to LE their guilt.

Wondering if a family member will tell LE what they know or suspect.
If the twins will see the internet and their lies and the evidence against their parents and remember what they not have been able to be remembered.

Trapped in a loveless marriage knowing if push comes to shove their spouse will blame them for the deed, especially if custody becomes an issue.

I wonder if the mccanns and chums can face another fifty plus years of guilty knowledge eating away at them?
I doubt it, you just have to look at kate to see the toll it is having on her.

Autopsy shows 3-year-old found dead in van in Iron County, Missouri froze to death

IRON COUNTY, Mo. -- Preliminary results of an autopsy performed Thursday on the three-year-old boy whose body was found inside a van in Iron County on Wednesday show the boy froze to death, according to FOX 2 in St. Louis.

The coroner says that the preliminary autopsy results show that Titus Grayson Tackett died of hypothermia, which means he had a dangerously low body temperature. The preliminary autopsy shows Titus had no evidence of child abuse- no bruises or internal injuries.

Iron County is about 90 miles south of St. Louis. A nearby homeowner found Titus Grayson Tackett's body in the van, roughly a mile away from where Tackett was last seen. Authorities have not said who owns the van the toddler was found in.

There is currently no explanation of how Tackett wound up in the van, and five agencies are now working together as the investigation moves forward. According to officials, there are no obvious signs of foul play at this point, but that conclusion is preliminary.

Tackett was reported missing between midnight and 1 a.m. Wednesday. Sheriff Medley reportedly told the Daily Journal Online that the boy's parents said they left the toddler with a grandparent when they went to run an errand around midnight. When the parents returned home around 1 a.m. they noticed the door to the house was open and the child was missing.

More than 80 volunteers combed the area for signs of the toddler and K-9 units and FBI helicopters were also dispatched.

Around 11 a.m. a man ran into the volunteer briefing room and said "I need a sheriff right now." That volunteer had been flagged down by a homeowner who saw Tackett's body in the van.

"At this point, it's too early to determine exactly how he got out of the house that is why the investigation is going to continue with the Missouri Highway Patrol, FBI and Iron County Sheriff's Department," said MHP Sergeant Clark Parrott.

Investigators are awaiting the results of an autopsy, but officials do not believe there is a suspect on the loose. They have currently interviewed everyone involved and are receiving full cooperation.

More cities need to clean house and get better/ethical prosecutors in.

The dateline episode he totally dismissed 2 priests stating Feit admitted to them and their oath required silence. He acted as if both like decided to lie. He was even arrogant about it.

@John,
Whole life: wife and daughters...took years of investment to have a family and home.
Now all that remains are the charred remains of a house and furniture and pictures, keepsakes, school activities, anniversary, birthday parties...all memories of a distant past.

Being the sole survivor of a family lost to disaster would be difficult and would appear the WHOLE life over. In fact, it has changed, but not over.
